Non-woven is a polypropylene fabric that is heat-bonded rather than woven. That keeps it cheap and light, but still sturdy enough to hand out, and its flat face takes a logo cleanly.

How to Choose a Non-Woven Bag
Since non-woven is mostly a giveaway bag, there are really only four things to decide:
80gsm is the giveaway standard; go 100gsm if you want people to keep using it.
Choose between ultrasonic-welded or stitched handles based on your durability needs.
Work back from what goes inside. A4 documents need the A4 bag.
Silk screen for one-colour logos at volume, DTF for full colour.
Choose Your Non-Woven Weight (gsm)
With non-woven, the weight in gsm (grams per square metre) is what you actually feel. Our two workhorses are 80gsm and 100gsm, with 90gsm showing up on the drawstring and foldable styles. The rule of thumb is simple: 80gsm for a one-time handout, 100gsm when you want it to stick around.

DARK LOGO ON A DARK BAG
Black on navy is the classic trap. It reads fine on screen and disappears in real life, so check there is real tonal difference.
ARTWORK PUSHED TO EDGE
You cannot print right to the edge, so leave about 2–3 cm of breathing room around the design.
LINES OR TEXT TOO FINE
The surface has a slight texture, and hairline strokes (min 0.5pt) or tiny type (min 8pt) tend to break up on it.
LOW-RESOLUTION FILES
Anything under 300 DPI at actual size turns soft. Send logos as a transparent PNG or a vector AI file.
TRUSTING YOUR SCREEN FOR COLOUR
Bright RGB tones often calm down once printed. If the brand colour has to be spot on, go silk screen with a PANTONE code.
