Why a Cotton T-Shirt
Cotton is a natural fibre, and it gets along well with hot, sticky weather (built for the Southeast Asian climate). Three reasons it stays the default:

Choose by Weight (gsm)
With cotton, the weight in gsm (grams per square metre) tells you most of what you need. In practice, lightweight is for giveaways and events, mid-weight is the daily and uniform standard, and heavyweight is for retail or anything meant to be kept.

Choose by Cotton Type

Understanding your knit type helps you balance print crispness, structural hold, and softness. Choosing the right yarn construction ensures your custom print aligns perfectly with your brand's intended aesthetic and daily performance needs.
Choose Your Size (How to Read the Size Chart)
An M from one product will not measure the same as an M from another, so check the size chart of the exact product before you order.

Care, Shrinkage and Creasing
Cotton is comfortable, but it has a couple of trade-offs that synthetics do not. Better to know them up front:
- Shrinkage Natural cotton can shrink a few percent on the first wash. Hot drying makes it worse, so air dry in the shade and leave a little room over a just-right fit.
- Creasing It wrinkles more easily than synthetics. If that bothers you, a mid to heavy weight holds up better, or consider a blend or quick dry.
- Care To protect the print, wash it inside out and skip hot drying and bleach. For coloured tees, a separate first wash is the safe move.
Print Methods and Finish Guide
Cotton takes three primary decoration methods: DTF, silk screen (one or multi-colour), and embroidery. Choose by colours, quantity, and the finish you want. Note: All-over full-colour prints (sublimation) require polyester fabric. If you need edge-to-edge printing, look at Sublimation T-Shirts instead.

Common Mistakes (A Quick Pre-Flight):
- Colour Migration on Dark Cotton Dye from a dark shirt can bleed into a light or white print over time or with heat. We handle dark-shirt light-print jobs with anti-migration ink and base treatments to keep logos crisp.
- Cracking After Washing A thick print can crack under a hot dryer or heavy friction. Washing inside out and air drying keeps the artwork intact much longer.
- Art to the Edge, Logo Off-Centre You cannot print to the very edge, so leave a 2-3 cm margin, and specify the exact placement for a left chest logo.
- Low-Resolution Files Anything under 300 DPI at actual size turns soft. Send logos as a transparent PNG or an AI vector file.
- Trusting Your Screen for Colour Bright RGB tones often calm down once printed. If exact brand colours are required, choose silk screen printing with a PANTONE code.
