Production typically takes 5-7 working days after design confirmation, depending on order size and complexity. Rush options are available.

How do I find the size chart of each t-shirt?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page. We can handle pretty much any size requirement.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom T-shirts?

We handle orders of all sizes. Minimum order starts from 1 piece for DTF printing, and 10 pieces for silk screen printing and embroidery. Whether you're a small business testing a design or placing a bulk order, our pricing stays competitive without cutting corners on quality.

Can I request a revision on the design after submitting my custom t-shirt print order?

Design revisions may be possible if your order has not entered production yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to check if adjustments can be made. Once printing or manufacturing has started, changes may not be feasible.

Do you provide samples for the t-shirt before bulk order?

Yes. Before proceeding with full production, we can provide the first product as a physical sample or send a photo for review. This ensures the design, colours and placement meet your expectations.

If I want to reorder the t-shirt, do you keep my printing artwork?

Yes. We keep your design on file for future reorders. If a long time has passed since your last order, an initial setup fee may apply. Let us know when you're ready to reorder and we'll guide you through it.

Will the print on my t-shirt fade after multiple washes?

Our prints use high-quality inks and printing techniques built for durability. To keep colours vibrant, wash your t-shirt inside out with cold water and skip harsh detergents or high-heat drying.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept most formats, including AI, PNG, PDF and PSD. If something looks off, we'll fix it or walk you through what's needed.

Blends

T-shirt fabrics fall into three families. Cotton is soft and absorbs moisture well, though it wrinkles more easily. Quick-dry (polyester or microfiber) is durable, dries fast, and suits sport. Blends balance the two: more cotton makes the fabric softer, more polyester makes it dry faster. Weight is measured in GSM (grams per square metre), and the benchmarks differ between cotton and quick dry. As a practical rule, the light band is the standard for cotton, and the mid band is the standard for quick dry:

Heavy Cotton 200gsm and up / Quick Dry 160gsm and up	The most opaque and durable band, suited to oversized styles and uniforms that see long service.
