Quick-Dry T-Shirts (Polyester/Microfiber)

Cotton-Polyester Blend T-Shirts
Mixing cotton and polyester will make the best of both materials, providing a balance of comfort, durability, and ease of maintenance. The blend ratio might determine the hand feel of the fabric, with more cotton creating the softer fabric and more polyester for greater moisture-wicking and faster drying. Practical and suitable for daily wear as well as sportswear.
Determining Fabric Thickness
Fabric thickness is expressed in GSM (grams per square meter) or OZ (ounces), and common ranges for cotton t-shirts vary from lightweight (below 160 GSM) to heavyweight (over 200 GSM). Light material is cheap and suitable for hot climates, but perhaps more see-through. Medium-weight material (170-190 GSM) is standard, offering a good compromise of strength and comfort without being heavy or see-through. Thicker fabrics are less transparent and more robust, but could need more attention to avoid wrinkling.
