How long does it take to produce custom merchandise?

Production typically takes 5-7 working days after design confirmation, depending on order size and complexity. Rush options are available.

How do I find the size chart of each t-shirt?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page. We can handle pretty much any size requirement.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom merchandise?

We handle orders of all kinds: minimum order starts from 1 piece for some customisation methods, and 10 pieces for others. Whether you're a small business testing a design or placing a bulk order, our pricing stays competitive without cutting corners on quality.

Can I request a revision on the design after submitting my print order?

Design revisions may be possible if your order has not entered the production stage. Contact us as soon as possible to check if adjustments can be made. Once printing or manufacturing has started, changes may not be feasible.

Do you provide samples before bulk order?

Yes. Before proceeding with full production, we can provide the first product as a physical sample or send a photo for review. This ensures the design, colours and placement meet your expectations.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept most formats, including AI, PNG, PDF and PSD. If something looks off, we'll fix it or walk you through what's needed.

Really happy with my order and the whole experience with CUSTA! I wanted a custom T-shirt for an upcoming concert, but the artwork I had was AI-generated and the files I could provide were quite pixelated. I’m also not familiar with editing or preparing artwork for printing, so I really appreciated how patient and helpful the team was. They reassured me that they could work with what I had, helped clean up/recreate the design, and sent me the final artwork for approval before printing. The turnaround was also incredibly fast. I placed and paid for my order on 24 September and received it on 1 October, well ahead of the date I needed it. Most importantly, the finished shirt turned out SO GOOD. The colours are extremely vibrant, the print looks great, and I was especially impressed by the quality of the T-shirt itself. The material feels thick and substantial, not thin or flimsy at all. The price was absolutely worth it for the quality I received. Great service, great quality and a very smooth experience from start to finish. Thank you for patiently helping me bring my concert shirt idea to life! 😂❤️ Definitely very happy with my order.
