CUSTA Printing Methods.

DTF (Direct to Film)

DTF involves printing your design onto a special film, applying an adhesive powder, and then heat-pressing it onto the fabric.

Silkscreen Printing

This is the traditional "gold standard" for apparel. Ink is pushed through a custom-made mesh screen onto the fabric, one color at a time.

Embroidery

Instead of ink, this method uses needles and colored threads to "stitch" your design directly into the garment.

Sublimation

Sublimation uses heat to turn ink into a gas, which then bonds permanently with the fabric fibers.

UV Printing

Unlike apparel printing, this is used for "hard goods." UV light is used to instantly dry the ink onto the surface of the object.
