How long does it take to print my stickers?
Printing is counted in working days and includes the day we check your artwork. The exact number depends on the product, paper and finishing you pick — this page shows the shipping date for your current selection. Delivery time is additional.
What is the minimum order quantity?
You can order from just 50 pieces. The unit price drops as quantity increases, so larger orders offer better value per sticker.
Which material or finish should I choose?
It depends on where your stickers will go — from everyday Mirrorkote and kraft paper to waterproof PP film, vinyl, silver and hologram, plus gloss or matte lamination. Not sure? Just message us and we'll be happy to recommend the right fit.
How will my stickers be packaged?
Your stickers arrive in protective packaging with no CUSTA branding on it. The outer packaging is plain, with only the shipping label attached.
How are my stickers delivered?
We choose the best delivery method based on your selected lead time, along with the specs and quantity of your order. Depending on these, we use a mix of courier, Lalamove and our own fleet to get your stickers to you safely and on time.
Can I request a revision after submitting my design?
We generally ask that you provide complete, print-ready artwork. If we spot any issues with your file, our designers will reach out to you before printing. To make things easy, you can use our free artwork templates for accurate, hassle-free setup.
Can CUSTA design my stickers for me?
While we ask customers to prepare their own artwork, we also offer paid design support if you'd like a hand. Just message our customer service team and we'll walk you through the options.
Do you provide a proof before printing?
Yes. After you order and submit your artwork, our designers will send you a soft-proof (your final digital artwork) to review and approve before we print. We don't offer physical proofs just yet, but it's something we're looking into for the future.
What are your quality standards for products and print color?
You're in good hands. If any item arrives damaged or faulty, just return it and we'll refund that portion of your order. For print color, any color deviation outside our quality standards is covered by our guarantee too.
Can I request custom sizes?
Yes, we print custom sizes with a long side of 30–100mm and a short side of 20–100mm. Choose Custom size in the size selector and enter your dimensions to check availability and pricing.
