Determining Fabric Thickness

DTF Printing
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing transfers a design printed on film onto fabric using heat. It is a clean fit for vibrant, detailed designs and supports small batch orders without needing plates or screens. Suits custom designs, small batches, and intricate graphics.
Silk Screen Printing
This traditional method uses a mesh screen to apply ink to the fabric. It is versatile, suits a wide range of materials, and produces bright, long-lasting colours. Silk screen is cost-effective on large orders but climbs in cost on small quantities or designs with multiple colours, since each colour needs its own screen. A clean fit for simple designs with few colours, often used for promotional items and sportswear.
Embroidery
Embroidery stitches the design directly onto the fabric for a premium look and feel with high durability. We recommend it for special custom products. It runs more expensive and is less suited to fine detail than printing. Commonly used for corporate logos, uniforms, and hats.
Sublimation Printing
